AA/AMPS Copolymer Anti-silica Fouling Dispersant
AA/AMPS acrylic-AMPS sulfonic acid copolymer is a special scale dispersant designed for raw water with high silicon content, high iron and aluminum ion content, which is difficult to treat with conventional water treatment agents. A large number of sulfonic acid groups are introduced into its main molecular chain, which can produce strong stable dispersion effect on silica, magnesium silicate, ferric hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and other substances that are easy to form hard silicate scale. It can lock silicate particles in water to avoid silicate scaling blockage on reverse osmosis membrane elements, heat exchanger plates and pipeline inner walls, which is the core agent to solve the common silicate fouling pain point of underground water and surface water in many regions. AA/AMPS copolymer has good chlorine resistance and high temperature resistance, and its dispersion performance will not decline sharply under the continuous dosing of oxidizing bactericides such as sodium hypochlorite. It can simultaneously inhibit the crystallization of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate scale, with dual functions of dispersion and scale inhibition. It is widely matched in reverse osmosis pretreatment systems, underground water recycling stations, electronic ultra-pure water production lines and photovoltaic industrial water treatment projects.
