TTA Copper Alloy Special Corrosion Inhibitor

 TTA Tolyltriazole is a special metal corrosion inhibitor developed for copper and copper alloy equipment such as red copper and brass heat exchangers, condenser tubes and cooling water pipelines. Its unique triazole ring molecular structure can selectively adsorb on the surface of copper metal, forming a compact inert protective film with a thickness of about 0.5 microns. This film can completely isolate corrosive media such as water, dissolved oxygen and chloride ions in water, fundamentally restrain copper pitting corrosion and brass dezincification corrosion that often occur in circulating water systems. The required dosing concentration of TTA is extremely low; only 0.5-2ppm can achieve long-term stable anti-corrosion protection, and it has no conflict reaction with organic phosphonate scale inhibitors and polycarboxylate dispersants matched in the system, which can synergistically improve the overall anti-corrosion performance of the whole circulating water system. We supply solid TTA powder and liquid TTA sodium salt at the same time; the liquid sodium salt has excellent water solubility and is very suitable for fully automatic continuous metering dosing equipment. It is the standard matching agent for copper heat exchange equipment in power plants, large central air conditioning units and chemical workshops. Adding TTA to the circulating water can avoid the precipitation of copper ions to catalyze and decompose other water treatment chemicals, prolong the effective duration of scale inhibitors and bactericides, double the service life of copper pipelines, and reduce the maintenance cost of pipeline leakage and replacement.
